Geometric graphics data unit, split into commands.

Reads the data units of type CAPTION_HANDLER_TYPE_GEOMETRIC. The geometric graphics are a sequence of "graphics display commands" (ARIB STD-B24, Volume 1, Part 2, 8.1.2): an opcode (0x20 to 0x3f) followed by zero or more operand bytes (0x40 to 0x7f). This module only splits the stream into commands; drawing them (DOMAIN, POINT, LINE, ARC, RECT, POLY...) is up to the application. C0/C1 controls and bytes outside these two ranges are skipped.
